I need to be more active..

Hey all! Sorry for neglecting this account as much as I have. My biggest issue is that I only post finished, fully-vectored works. To change it up, I'm going to start uploading sketches I do as well! They'll be sorted into a different folder and won't be in my featured gallery page, so that way that stays nice and tidy. That's currently my best option for being more active on here. Once I'm home (come Monday night) I'll upload a chunk of images for you all.

Art Theft Update

Thank to pennygirls67​, I was able to find that my picture of EqG Mocha had been stolen and was purchasable on Amazon.

I filed a takedown request, then went to work (at Amazon lmao). I was ready to go to war. I googled copyright law, I had my duck soldiers in a row. Come breaktime, I got this email back.

Well that was all well and good, so I went to check again if it was still there and saw that the listing was gone. Feeling that I had won, I returned to my shift. Then, lunch time rolled around and I found the listing on Amazon again. This time it was $15. I filed another report, and got this later.

I checked, and as of now (4/9/2018) it has not been reuploaded. However, I looked into the manufacturer and found they have a website: gearbubble.com. I look up the item with the keyword “derpibooru” and there it is

UGH. GREAT. Okay, so I’ve filed a DMCA takedown report with the website and am waiting a response. I really don’t want to have to escalate this, but I might have to. If any of you know how to deal with this better than I, please message me.

It was brought to my attention that my picture here has been stolen by some mug-spamming company on Amazon named Bear and Deer Gear. They do not have my permission to use my artwork for their products. I have filed a report, but I am posting this to let you all know. This is NOT authorised by me. Do not purchase this item.
